We understand it can be hard to attract professional, quality doctors to augment your service. Since the introduction of MMC (Modernising Medical Careers) doctors are reluctant to work outside the NHS and you’re left having to use those who can’t get jobs within the public system. When you are trying to offer the best quality care and deal with exacting patients, you don’t want to settle for second best.
That’s why we only use quality doctors with experience in acute and emergency medicine. Each one is either working within the NHS, or taking time out to do postgraduate study or research. These are the doctors in demand, the clinicians who are going to make a significant difference to the way medicine is practised. They appreciate the assignments we offer them, they enjoy the environment within which you work, and they are assets to your centre.
